Advice and distribution are separate
finwisor.org is the investment advisory practice of Jay Shah, registered with SEBI as an investment adviser. Mutual fund and other product distribution is a separate business, carried on by Jay Shah HUF at finwisor.com. An advisory client and a distribution client are separate relationships, and one is never presented as the other.
If something goes wrong
Write to Jay Shah at admin@finwisor.com or call +91 94094 00480. We aim to resolve complaints ourselves and to tell you where yours has got to rather than leaving you to ask.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can escalate to SEBI on SCORES, and after that to SEBI’s online dispute resolution portal, SMART ODR. Quote INA000022127, the registration this practice is held under. The full complaint and escalation process sets out each step and its timelines.
