You are dealing with Jay Shah, trading as Finwisor Wealth Management, a SEBI registered individual investment adviser, registration number INA000022127. Quote that number at every step below. Complaints about this website’s accessibility follow the same route.
Step 1
Tell us
Write to Jay Shah, our Grievance Officer, at admin@finwisor.com or call +91 94094 00480. You can also write to us by post at 703, Corinthian, Linking Road, Khar West, Mumbai 400 052, Maharashtra, India.
It helps to include your name, how to reach you, your order reference if you have one, and what went wrong. You do not need to use any particular form of words.
Step 2
What we do
As SEBI’s Investor Charter requires, we will strive to resolve your complaint immediately, and in any case not later than 21 days after we receive it. We will tell you what we have done and why.
Every complaint is counted in the figures we publish each month on our investor complaints page.
Step 3
Escalate on SCORES, or to IAASB
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge your complaint on SCORES 2.0 (opens in a new tab), SEBI’s online grievance system. A complaint about an investment adviser gets two reviews there: the first by the Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB), and the second by SEBI. SCORES has its own category for accessibility complaints.
Step 4
Online dispute resolution
If you are still not satisfied after that, you can take the complaint to SMART ODR (opens in a new tab), the securities market’s online dispute resolution platform, where it is resolved through online conciliation or arbitration.
Complaints to SEBI by post
The Investor Charter gives this address for physical complaints:
Office of Investor Assistance and Education,Securities and Exchange Board of India,
SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, ‘G’ Block,
Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E),
Mumbai 400 051
SEBI’s investor helpline is 1800 22 7575 (toll free). The full process is also set out in the SEBI Investor Charter.
